Replacement steps of different soap base greases

1. Remove the old products in the system and replace them with new products.

2. The control time was reset to half of the original.

3. Use a nozzle or mixing valve to wash the system until the color changes.

4. Then clean the bearing. If time permits, remove the old products in the bearings and replace them with new products.

5. After starting, control the bearing temperature for about two weeks. If the bearing temperature rises, clean the bearing again.

6. After about two weeks of operation, if there is no obvious temperature rise, the time controller can be restored to the original setting.
